I ovulated on CD 18. Confirmed with bloodwork on CD 25 with a level of 25. I am currently CD 31. On CD 28 and 29 (10 & 11 DPO) I had some mild cramping on my left side. Today I am 13 DPO with negative HCG. I am projected to start my period tomorrow. I am going in for an ultrasound and bloodwork tomorrow. My provider said that if I don’t get my period and my HCG test is negative, then I didn’t ovulate. (see his reply pictured below)

How is that if my progesterone level was 25, 7 days after my very, very positive OPK, that he’s saying I didn’t ovulate if I’m not pregnant or don’t start a period? I got pregnant with my first child and hadn’t had a period for over 9 months.

Is it too late to get a positive HCG result? I’m confused now.
