Flush?

Has anyone tried the salt water flush? I watched a few YouTube reviews & their results seemed pretty good. Still would like reviews & opinions from the people on my favorite app lol. Also, I’m on day 2 of my egg fast and I’m doing pretty good. I forgot to get a scale yesterday morning but I will be getting it early in the morning to track my results, if any. Hoping to continue with keto afterwards. I just used the egg fast & intermittent fasting as a jumpstart. After Friday, I will began eating other things (still ketogenic) and come Monday, a salad fast for that week. Hoping I stick to it this time around!
