IUD or pill???

Question

I have been on the issue of should I continue taking my birth control pills or change to an IUD? I would love to not have to worry about taking the pills but I’m SO scared about getting something put inside me! Does it hurt?? Is it worth getting?? Help!!

I have the IUD and I am debating going back to the pill. I love the convenience of the IUD, but my body doesn’t like the foreign object inside me. My acne is worse, my anxiety is worse, and periods are unpredictable. Random cramping and severe lower back aches regularly too 😩 I never had this many side effects on the pill

Ive had mirena for 10 months. It stopped my heavy periods after month 4. I love it. No daily pills, no phatmacy. No condoms or pull out and not pregnant. 2 weeks of cramps after getting it was my only side effect. Insertion appt was 5 mins check in and walk out. Intense cramps and i havent had kids. I love it.

I've had the Paraguard & Mirena.  I'd definitely do the pill. I've had horrible experiences with IUDs.
