Got milk?

My milk supply is running low. Im taking supplements. How else can I get it back up? Im afraid if I pump I will run out of milk completely and have to put her on formula.

Drink lots of water. Pump after u feed.

Pump after you feed. Also eat lots of protein and drink lots of water. Gatorade was also helpful. Be careful about supplements, some babies have a hard time with them and it can hurt their tummies.

The more milk that leaves the breast, the more that will be replaced. Google power pumping. I’ve done it myself and it worked. Also, easier said than done, but try not to stress!
