Creamy discharge before or after ovulation?

My cervix is high as fuck, open, and softest I’ve ever felt it. But I have white creamyish discharge but it’s slippery. Does this happen before or after ovulation? My period ended the 22nd but I have a feeling I may ovulate sooner than 14 days before my next period (30 day cycle and never more than 2 days off so very regular) I’ve been TTC 2 months but haven’t gotten pregnant and only really have sex 2 weeks into my cycle so thats why I figure I ovulate sooner and when the app says I ovulate my cervix is never high or open or soft
