How far along are you? If not that far, it’s probably a cyst in the ovary from where the egg that is now your baby originated from. The cyst will go down it just takes a few weeks. It is not a baby. You only have one in your uterus. Also I could be looking at it from the wrong angle and it could be a gas loop in your bowel.

It looks a lot like my ultrasound, they said it was a corpus luteum cyst. They can form on the ovary after after the egg is released. I was told likely it will be gone by the 11 week scan but if I have severe pain on my left side to go to the ER. Any complications from it are very rare.

Looks like a cyst.  I had one when I was pregnant with my fourth. They didn't see it until my 20 week ultrasound though so I went back in for another at 26 weeks and by then it had disappeared.  Nothing to worry about.
