Anxious about preterm labour?

I just hit 20 weeks with my first child and having this stupid irrational fear of early labour, I haven’t had any issues through out my pregnancy so far... Yet every night when I’m laying in bed I over think every possible outcome, normally the worst ones. Anyone else? 😅😂

This is my biggest fear. I worry about it daily too. I'm hoping I will relax a little after 24 weeks. X

Mine’s not really a fear of preterm labour itself, but rather a preterm baby. My youngest son was a 32 weeker who almost died (but thankfully pulled through) so between that and already having similar issues that had led to his delivery, I spend a lot of time overthinking it. He was an emergency csection for severe preeclampsia so there was no labour as such.

My first child was born 32 weeks 6 days due to severe preeclampsia as well. He stayed in nicu for 20 days and I had to stay in the hospital 12 days after having him.. my 2nd child was born at 19 weeks due to the heart stopped beating.. so I’m 20 weeks Saturday and I’m just praying I make it into the 30s! Doctor told me to prepare myself for this may be coming early as well.. but normally with your first child baby is comfortable and wants to stay inside lol.. so I’m sure you will be fine! Doesn’t hurt to just be prepared a little early!

My second was born at 35+5 so I’m constantly worried about going into labor even earlier this time.
