I didn’t know this so I’m putting this out there for any girls who didn’t know just like me so I spotted and I was confused but then I came across two reasons you spot one is Ovulation spotting and the other is implantation spotting ; ovulation spotting occurs when you know you are ovulating that’s just due to your estrogen levels changing and Implantation spotting would be 1 week after you know you just ovulated which means your pregnant that’s how to tell the difference between both 😌
