Has anyone had to test pregnancy with bloody test?

I’m 5 days late but still negative tests, I’m never late.

Did you stress around ovulation time? Did you diet more, exercise more? Were you Ill? Delayed ovulation is what delays period (if not pregnant).

Did you track ovulation with OPKs and/or BBT? Although you normally have a regular cycle you could have ovulated later which could push AF to be later. If you only tracked ovulation with an app then you can’t be sure.
