I started my first PP period and am on day 3. Is there such a thing as losing too much blood during your period? I use a Mod 2 Diva Cup and it holds 30 ml of blood. Day 1 I fillled it twice (60ml). Day 2 I filled it 5 times(150ml), last night I dumped once (30ml) and couldve gotton up again but I was to tired so I filled a pad as well as another cup(30ml). So now today I've only been up for 2 hours and have already filled another cup(30ml). Rough total blood loss of 300ml in 3 days. I looked it up and the average period is 30ml loss total and a heavy period is 80 ml loss total. Should I be concerned or is this normal for a PP period? I've always had a heavy flow but nothing like this...
