Gatorade? Feeling depleated.
So I’m 32 + 5 and wondering if anyone else is feeling this because I can’t remember from my last pregnancy.
I drink a ton of water every day, my sugar numbers are normal, blood pressure is normal, etc. but lately I feel really depleted. Even if I sleep I wake up tired and get more tired that by lunch time I could (and have!) fall asleep sitting up while watching my toddler. The way I explain it is that it feels like I did a major workout and then didn’t drink. Should I drink Gatorade or something for the electrolytes?
I’ll ask my dr on Thursday if there is something I should be doing or taking. I’m already on a vitamin D supplement. So this could just be “growing a baby tired” but I don’t remember it being this bad last time around.
