Periods and sex

So I’m supposed to be getting my period on Friday, and today is Wednesday. Yesterday I got a little spotting and today while having sex I bled a lot but now there’s no blood. I don’t know, and I’m getting a little pain in my lower abdomen. What is it? And what do I do?
