Nauseous at 13w+4d

for some reason my nausea has come back in full force along with bleeding noses apparently. I don’t necessarily know if I’m that far along to begin with bc I haven’t have my ultrasound but if I am and it hasn’t subsided, only for a few days and then comes back bad, do I maybe have hyperemesis?
