Can you increase your chances of having multiples?

Honest question. I've heard some treatments help with this. Any other ways?

Only fertility treatment meds or in vitro can do that. But a dr won't just prescribe it because it comes with some potentially bad side effects, and multiples can increase chances of pregnancy complications and loss.

I think clomid can cause multiples because it helps force ovulation so sometimes multiple eggs are released? I could be wrong. Doctors wont prescribe it for the purpose of getting,multiples though.
Other than that, if they run in your family chances are higher.
