What are the best lactation cookies that won’t give me and baby gas? Also ways to increase milk supply besides pumping and oatmeal? Thank you!

Coconut milk helps for me as well .. I make coconut milk smoothie daily.

I would highly suggest making your own lactation cookies. Buying premade lactation cookies is so expensive when you can make your own and get wayyy more cookies.
The ingredients that promote breast milk is
Brewers yeast
Oatmeal
Thistle feed
There are a lot of good recipes you can look up. :)
Also if you are looking for ways to get more breastmilk but dont feel like eating oatmeal you can look at fenugreek pills. They are sold at Walmart. You need to take a few a day to see a notice supply increase. Google more information on fenugreek and breastfeeding:)
