Small diaper rash?

My 5 month old is sick and i noticed these bumps are theses diaper rash bumps? One has a white head!!

My son had that but waaayyyy worse. Took him to the doc and he prescribed antibiotics cause apparently his was infected. Your babys look minumal thought. Keep an eye on it if it spreads or gets worse go to the doc
