Vagisil PH balance wash- no cm this month?!

So I started using this new wash (external only!) and this month I didn’t notice any EWCM during ovulation time. Which I ignored. However now I am 4 days away from AF and still have little to NO cm whatsoever. The only thing different I did was use that wash in the shower. Could that be the cause?
