Those bumps on your tongue should not be there and your tonsils look very swollen do you have strep throat right now? Are you running a fever I think you need to go on to the doctor today if you can

You do not have white spots on your tonsils so likely do not have strep throat, your tonsils are not all that “huge” either. Unless you are in pain you should be fine, if your throat is sore with other symptoms such as fever etc see a doctor
