What do y’all think? My app says I never had a high or peak LH. Does that mean I didn’t ovulate this month?

I pet since you didn’t test that day you just missed your peak. LH can rise for 12 hours and then go back down

No necessarily. Cd 22 was so close that it’s possible that you missed it, I would guess that you ovulated on cd 23. But there’s really no way to know.
