Any tips for transfer day?

Tomorrow is transfer day! Any tricks of the trade are graciously accepted ❤️

I just had a fresh transfer a little over two weeks ago and got my BFP last Friday. My doctor just said to take it easy the day after transfer and then to resume normal activities the next day. He said all the old wives tails about only eating warm foods and pineapple etc really have no impact on the outcome and if they did, every doctor would be recommending them. I took a few days off from work to relax. Went on walks everyday. Watched a bunch of shows on Netflix. Had my hubby do all the chores 😊. Just take good care of yourself, nothing too stressful, and try to stay positive! Send you lots of prayers and baby dust!!

Try to relax (easier said than done I know🤦🏻‍♀️) I didn’t do all the wives tales you hear about and still got a positive! The only thing I did was rest and go for walks. My Dr told us after the transfer that I couldn’t do anything to help or harm. Good luck to you ❤️ it’s such an exciting time. I wish you the best!

Pine apple core for 3days after transfer and eat warm foods,stay warm

Best advice I got for this was to laugh. I went home after my FET and watched comedies. I honestly didn't do anything different from my regular routine (because that would have stressed me out). 
The hardest part for me was the wait, so if you can plan some time with friends or family in the days after, it is a good distraction. 
I did get my positive, but had a miscarriage about 12 weeks. I know it has nothing to do with my actions during the pregnancy/post transfer.

I have had few failed transfer😞 But this time around i follow what my acupunturist told me and i got my BFP after 5 years of infertility. Acupuncture before and after transfer is the best i swear by it for stress and help you relax and it helps blood flows to your uterus too. He told me not to take cold drinks and only eat warm food for few days after transfer, pineaple core and brazil nuts for few days too. Dont lift any heavy things and take it easy with house chores ! Keep your feet warm all the time and a lot of prayers🙏🏼🎉✨goodluck and baby dust 💙💖xx

Acupuncture before and after, valium to relax during, go home afterwards and be a couch potato, eat Brazil nuts or take selenium for a few days. Believe it can work for you. Good luck!
