I ovulated May 23 and today I took this test, just want to pee something actually 😂
I don't have any pregnancy test at home but is this opk detect pregnancy or this is something else?

OPKs can detect pregnancy but typically you will get a blazing positive not just see a line. You always have LH in hour system and you will get a positive OPK right before your period also.

I have a line on those all month. I think they would only detect pregnancy if you are getting a blazing positive (which can also happen right before your period anyways). Its not reliable.
