Period late, 11 days , ovary pains

My period didn’t come for 11 days and still didn’t, I’m usually regular and have been since like last year when I randomly missed another period but so now should I just wait for next month to come or ? Because I tested and it was negative and I feel fine no symptoms of anything like pregnancy or anything but have been having ovary pain and been needing to use a heating pad and take hot baths and relax because I’ve had pain in right & left side idk if it’s cysts on both sides because both sides do hurt and have pain on & off... can someone help what should I do and what might the pain be?
