Advice ....
Extreme nausea and starting to feel weak and dizzy 🤢 with slight cramping 🤷♀️ do i ring my midwife tomorrow or go to the gynecology emergency room ? I've taken my anti sickness which hasn't worked and I've tried eating little and often i feel horrible 😔 about 7/8 weeks
