I just had a little episode of throwing up thanks to heartburn. As I was throwing up I felt a pretty big gush come out and it saturated most of my underwear. I had just peed prior to throwing up so I didnt feel I had a full bladder but I'm sure that doesnt matter in pregnancy. I didn't hear a pop or anything, just a felt a big gush and now underwear are soaked. Could it had been urine that was pushed out from throwing up? It doesnt have smell. What should I look out for leaking wise just incase it was my water. My water has never broke on its own before so I have no idea what it feels like or how it leaks. Any help would be appreciated! Would call doctor but they are closed for the day and would hate to call on call for just a big gush of pee.

Hard to tell in picture but the entire circled part is completely soaked. The light grey and darker grey spots is from the gush. Its normally white there. Yellow areas are from regular discharge.
