At least they’re doing something
At 36 weeks I was 25% effaced and 1.5cm dilated. Today at 37 weeks I’m still 25% effaced which she says is normal for second time moms to efface slower, and 3cm dilated. I’ve never dilated past 2cm before being induced so I’m proud of my body lol. The contractions I have daily are actually doing something!
