Boy or girl @ 13 weeks and 5 days

I am very sick so have been fortunate to get a lot of ultra sounds due to Hypermesis. We had an ultrasound at 13 weeks and 5 days and the technician said she was 90 percent sure of what we are having. What do you guys think? I think it’s way to early and am looking forward to my scan at 20 weeks.
