Opk and pcos..please help!

I had an ultrasound today which showed increased amount of follicles, similar to what pcos looks like apparently. I have to have bloodwork to confirm pcos but I feel like my opks look like someone who doesn’t have pcos...I feel like my surg was very strong and only a couple days...thoughts??
