Yes. They put one on me in the operating theatre as soon as they finished the stitching.

Our hospital automatically gave me one right after recovery room. When I took childbirth classes there that’s when they told me they do this. Ask your doctor/hospital. I highly recommend using one.

My doctor told me not to use one and I was not offered one at the hospital.

Mine told me about it but disnt offer one to me she did suggest I get one. I never did it was so hot and I felt good I was up and moving 8 hours post op and was back to my normal self by day 3
