10 dpo cramps

10 dpo today have been having period like cramps on and off since yesterday but not bleeding. The only other symptoms I have had is vivid dreams and gas in addition to being a little more hungry/ thirsty. Tested this morning and got a BFN. Has anyone had similar symptoms and got a BFP at a later dpo?
