Sooo I just decided that I would try a diva cup. I’m tired of buying tampons and always changing it throughout the day. I work long 12 hour days, so I figured this would be a better alternative bc it’s healthier and less expensive over time.

I just ordered one online and expecting it next week.

Now I’m feeling a little wary. I’ve never used a cup before. I’m more scared about the process of getting it out than putting it in.

Ladies with a diva cup, what are the pros and cons? Any tips or tricks??
