Any one know any good tips for cystic acne?? Have been on a few different t creams from the doctor but they haven’t work 😩

Got to a doctor who does Chinese herbs..I did that once and after 3 months my acne was clearing up..sadly I was in highscool and my mom couldn’t afford it anymore so I wasn’t able to drink the teas for as long as I needed to...I think it was $80 a month?..but idk it worked magic..they take into consideration for everything..from the color and consistency of your poop to what side you work with more like your left or your right?..cause I noticed I broke out more on my right side and I am right handed..my acne is very hormonal..and nothing from creams to washes worked for me..but these teas that he gave were the bomb..my acne was caused by the hormone that my liver was giving off and it wasn’t good..so he gave me herbs that were custom to me and my issues..it’s a really cool thing once you learn about it and your body..cause the problem area where you break out the most has to do with an organ in your body..and the hormone that it is giving off.

Go to a dermatologist. This type of acne can be aggressive but a dermatologist can assess your skin much better than a regular doctor. They can provide treatment that works.

My son uses tea tree oil, frankincense and lavender for his (he applies a few drops of each directly at night, but you can use a carrier oil like coconut if you have sensitive skin).  He also uses charcoal cleansing wipes.  It hasn’t completely cleared his skin but it’s helped so, so much.

Also I don’t really eat bad..so changing up your diet might not help..a lot of people who don’t suffer from acne have no idea what it’s like and everything that you’ve tried..I definitely get it 🤦🏻‍♀️..like my comment before..try to go to a doctor who uses Chinese herbs..I think someone that does acupuncture usually deals with the herbs as well.
