Weird dryness??

My middle finger for some reason has been super super dry for a couple months now, I also noticed I will get these tiny fluid filled bumps on the dryness now it’s kind of on my pointer finger as well. I also have these weird red dry patches on my wrist and hand and in my inner elbow on both arms.. any ideas? Doctor said he doesn’t know (I’m going to see different doctor soon)

I do Moisturize everyday and multiple times a day I’ve tried eczema lotions, heavy creams, medicated lotions but nothing has worked any ideas!?
