Disabled and having children

There is a show named little women on LA (they are little people) and one of the women has a child that has a serious disease in her brain her child is also a little person. I was watching the show the other day and my friend says, “ if you have a serious physical disability you shouldn’t have kids”. I was very upset about what she said because who are we to tell someone not to have children. What do you guys think? If someone has a serious physical disability that could be life threatening do you think they should have children since they could pass it on to them? I believe they should have children if they want them.
