I’m on Day 11 of stims and yesterday I had a blood test and u/s. The scan showed the number of follicles had almost doubled in 2 days but most were on the smaller side. My estrogen came back at 6800(!) but they wanted me to keep up with the stims to try and get the follicles to grow. I currently have 19. The nurse said I’m at risk of overstimulating and they will look at an alternative trigger. Fresh transfer looks extremely unlikely.

What can I do, if anything, to reduce the risk of OHSS?

Has anyone had high estrogen but not got OHSS?
