Anyone else having contractions ??

I am 25 weeks and have been having contractions. The more I stress my mind and body the more likely I will have them. I’ve upped my water intake to a gallon a day and am taking it easy. If I have a contraction I lay down on my left side. That’s been helping. I will talk to me OB more at my next appointment. Or if I can’t control them I will go to the hospital.

Are yours painful? Because they say BH are not, but mine are 😰
