Is it possible to ovulate a week after period?

I usually have irregular cycles ranging from 31-18 days, i finished my period last week on Wednesday and according to glow i ovulate next Wednesday, i noticed that my lines are getting darker, do you guys think ovulation is coming soon? Is that a positive opk?
