Cold/sore throat remedies

My 1 yo son got sick, gave to my hubby and now I’m the last to get it 🤦🏻‍♀️ sneezing, sore throat, and body aches. My son is using the humidifier for his cough. Does anyone know of any other remedies safe to use in 1st trimester? This plus nausea/vomiting = I feel like death
