How did you treat really bad acne?

I’ve started getting super bad about a year ago when I started a type of birth control I’m off now but I’ve got a ton of scars.

Cutting out dairy and seeing my doctor.

I cut out gluten to keep me from itching because I was constantly scratching my face which didn’t help with the scarring. And also Clinique foam face wash is the only stuff I’ve found to help keep my acne away. A lot of other face washes were actually making it worse and cause the deep rooted pimples.
