“You put me in my place”
My boyfriend and I were talking about why we’re together. He said, You put me in my place. You straighten me out when I need it.” I’m doubting if that’s enough. I said, “so, you’re using me haha” he proceeded to say, “Relationships are a give & take. Technically, we’re all using each other.” I know he’s right, but is his “put me in my place” enough? What happened to Because I love you?
