If you plan on having another, when will you start TTC??

I had my son 2/23 and we’re talking about starting TTC in a couple of months. We want to try to have a spring/summer baby next! Obviously whenever it happens is fine though. Just wondering if anyone else has started thinking about it too? Or am I as crazy as everyone says 🤣

We are waiting till we are married - had been engaged for about 7 months when we got pregnant, and in a bigger place (currently in a studio me , fiancé, baby , 3 cats and 2 bigger dogs), and for my body to be totally healed (no less than 2 years) but the January before my little guy turns 3 we plan to try for an October baby. So that there's 3.5-4 years in between them.

Maybe you guys are younger but he’ll no before 1 year! Plus it’s not recommended and I’d at least encourage you to give pause and research why it’s not recommended. Own year is still pretty damn close.

Were waiting at least a year we’d like them to be 2-3 years apart ideally two but you never know how long it will take for a baby to stick! I can’t imagine trying for another baby right now my son is 15 weeks and crazy lol

I’m waiting for my baby to turn four before we start trying daycare is more than our mortgage so I want her to be in kindergarten before thinking of having another. Also since I’m only having two I think it might be sad when they both go off to college back to back so I’m ok with them being a few years apart. Plus two babies would be too much work

Not for 2-3 years. Would like my daughter to at least be somewhat potty trained and a bit more independent before we have our second (and 99% sure this will be the final) baby.

Already started TTC. I'm exclusively breastfeeding which works as a great contraceptive for me but I'm hoping if I do ovulate that I'll catch it. With my 2yo I had to stop breastfeeding at 17 months then fell pregnant straight away with this baby. I'm only wanting one more baby (4 in total) so I want to get it over and done with whilst I'm still young.

We are going to start trying this August! I just went through a chemical pregnancy- totally unplanned. But the process made us realize we want our babies close together. Hoping we can have our next in April or May next year.
