Had unprotected sex about a month and a half ago. Took a plan B. I have been having intermittent cramping since then, just light. Started weird bleeding yesterday, dark brown. Today I had a huge gush and this came out of me. Please heed caution with the photo.

I'm nowhere near my cycle. I didn't have my cycle last time, thought it was because of the plan b. What just came out of me, should I go to a doctor, and should I be concerned?

It is hard, it's nothing like another clot I have passed before. It doesn't break up or dissolve to the touch.
