I genuinely have no idea because my first is on the way. I’m looking at weight loss options after delivery. Any tips would be appreciated!

Keto is totally fine. I asked my doctor about it and he said it was fine. I can’t stick to a certain diet while nursing tho lol. I have cravings just like I did while pregnant

You loose sooo much baby weight with breast feeding and pumping. I exclusively pumped and still pump for my girl even though she’s on hypoallergenic formula. I gained 50lbs in 3w I lost 37 and at 8w I lost all my baby weight.
