Sleep aids/pills question!
I have been taking Ambien XR for the past 7 years to help me sleep at night due to chronic nerve pain. However, after reading some online research about it, I am a bit concerned with this medication. I was wondering what prescription or OTC sleep meds (especially ones that can taken on a consistent, nightly basis) were considered safe once I found out that I am pregnant? Please help!
