Did/does your baby wake up when put down to sleep alone?

It took us a minute to get her swaddle tight enough but once we did, she would stay asleep for three hours as a newborn and then wake up to eat.

My first woke up immediately. My second stays asleep.

Yup. My baby could not be set down for any reason whatsoever until she was about 9 weeks. I survived by baby wearing. It was not easy, but it is normal.
She started sleeping in her own space part time during the night a little earlier. Before that she slept on my husband at night.
I breastfed and she always ended up in our bed by morning because it was easier.

If she’s ready to nap I can put her down and she will nap. If she’s not she screams. She’s the boss, lol.

Before I got a white noise app, yes. After the white noise app, sleeps like a log for hours at a time 🙏

Yes! And from my stand point if baby is fed clean diaper and safe I will let them fuss for a minute or two and they usually calm down and realize it’s ok that mommy isn’t holding them lol
