Nightmares help!!!

I am currently 8+1 and the past few nights keep having nightmares I am having a miscarriage. Has anyone else experienced nightmares. I know I am worried and hope all is well but until scan I won’t feel safe. I can have anymore sleepless night worrying I will have another nightmare
