Bleeding early pregnancy?

Has anyone experienced bleeding similar to a period at about 3-4 weeks pregnant? I’m VERY confused because I’ve been feeling super nauseous so I took a test and it’s positive but I had a period (I thought?!) 2 weeks ago?! May 12-16 is the “period” I thought I had. Roughly 6 weeks along right now

I am curious what happened! Same thing happened to me 4th January , for 2 day medium bleeding and 3 days of spoting. I am hoping it is not a misscariage

If you don’t mind me asking, what was the outcome?? Hopefully a good one! I’m going through this now. Positive tests, hcg levels rising, nauseated, but had what I thought was a period all of last week and for past 2 days spotting brown.

I’ve heard where people have bled in early pregnancy. But I ALWAYS suggest to call your doctor and let them know to be safe and free your mind
