Nausea ?

What did you guys do to help rid morning sickness? I'm not throwing up but I am dealing with being nauseous and dizzy... I should only be 5 to 6 weeks haven't had my first appt yet.

I had to eat whenever I was nauseous. That’s all that would help me. I didn’t want to eat at times but had to force myself to.

Ginger nut biscuits were good but as others have said, eating through the nausea helps overall, whatever you can stomach

You HAVE to eat. Even if your nauseous. And If it gets over whelming then ask your doctor for diclegis. It’s amazing and it works

For me, the nausea always got really bad if I let myself get too hungry so try to eat something ( I stuck to toast mostly) every 1 1/2 to 2 hours helped. Anything with too much flavor made me wanna puke even more. Luckily I’m at 10 weeks and feeling better and better. 🤞🏼
