A few days ago I posted the news we had finally conceived. We were so excited but things quick went down the wrong road.

I had extreme cramping to where I was doubled over in pain and crying but only on my left side. I had no other symptoms other than the stabbing pain on my left side. I called my OB and she brought me in the next day for the ultrasound. I’m not far along enough to see the baby on internal or external ultrasound but they found a large recently ruptured cyst in my left tube and lots of fluid. They weren’t concerned with an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage because I had no other symptoms and wasn’t bleeding. The first photo is of my panties the night after the ultrasound. I felt a small gush. Then another a few hours later. Then when I go to the bathroom it’s like when I’m on my period. I didn’t need a pad last night but this was the toilet when I used the bathroom this morning and the other photo is a few hours later. The picture of my pad is current.

They weren’t concerned at first but now they are saying my HCG levels are low and they aren’t quite sure how far along I am so they don’t know if the bleeding is the cyst or a miscarriage due to my levels

The only thing we can do is wait.

If anyone has had a miscarriage or been through this with a cyst I would really appreciate some advice. If you are a nurse or a doctor. Please tell me is this bleeding normal with a large cyst rupture and early pregnancy implantation. Are my levels low because I’m not very far along?

Please no rude comments on the photos because some people have been through this and I need to know if the blood amount is normal as I never experienced bleeding with my first pregnancy. Please no “talk with your doctor” I am I would just like to know if anyone has any experience with this and can tell me how to ease the pain and what to expect. I’m very nervous and stressed out. Please help 💔
