how many calories should i intake a day?
Im 17 and i weigh 203 lbs. When i used to diet i’d set my calorie goal to like 1,300 but i’ve learned that 1. that could be a lot of food or 2. the food would be high in carbs which i dont want. Should i set my calorie intake to 900? or 1000? because fresh, good foods really dont have a lot of calories and im not going to eat a lot just to reach those numbers.
