Is it fine for your S.O. To keep photos of their exs on their phone? Shirtless pics, pics of them posing, pics of them together when they were in a relationship.

Imagine deleting every single picture, text, memory of your SO from your phone. I couldn't do it. I love looking at them. My ex on the other hand I could delete everything with ease but thats cause i dont love him. Ya see?

I would say he should delete the nudes but the other pictures he can keep. 
Pictures hold memories and I would want to keep memories that I have in picture form. For example:
1. I went to a fair and on some of the rides for the first time with an ex. 
2. I went shooting the first time with a different ex. 
3. I have pictures of my cats as kittens with another ex. 
Just because he has pictures doesn’t mean he is still in love with her. He could have fond memories. And remember at one time she was a friend too. Do you delete all pictures of your friends?
I would only worry if he is obsessing over the pictures or keeping nudes of her and looking at them constantly.

Sexual photos absolutely not, but if holding on the the photos is so important, I would have those photos printed out, delete them from my phone and put them in a box. That way it won’t be as easy to look at photos of the ex but you still have them
